I had a great shoot with my man @jamiethreetwosix (who took these behind the scenes shots so not in the picture) yesterday. I always get a little shy and awkward when there is a camera on me but @kellyjosefienalexandre made sure I was comfortable and at ease! Changing outfits in the cold sure was worth it now that I’ve seen the raw footage. I can’t wait to share some of the pictures with you, but that will have to wait for a bit 😉.

This Novation Bass Station rack edition has been sitting in my studio for almost a year now. Today I finally hooked it up and started jamming with it! I control it with my Microbrute and route it trough an analog mixer and then into ableton.

While it’s true that the Bass Station isn’t the best analog synth for bass sounds, it is actually pretty nice for lead sounds. So here I am shredding away on a 80’s porn jam. Watch out for face melting licks and sounds! You have been warned ⚠️.

Sinds kort ben ik begonnen met lessen geven in mijn te gekke studio in Rotterdam centrum. Ik was 6,5 jaar keyboard docent in Den Haag, gastdocent bij Fontys en zocht hierna iets wat nog beter aansluit op mijn huidige carrière. Nu kan je bij mij terecht voor DJ lessen en lessen in (Ableton) muziekproductie. Mijn studioruimte is plug and play en staat vol met gave synthesizers en drumcomputers. Sluit je eigen laptop aan op de audio interface of plug je USB stick in op een CDJ, en je kan beginnen!
